I am currently seeking a responsible reliable experienced Computer Hardware and Software Technician. The ability to honestly and respectfully interact with customers is required. We primarily work with business clients and some home users on Windows OS and Server products. We are currently experiencing some growing pains transitioning from 20 years of “break-fix” to remote managed services, business leased computers and cloud offerings. We periodically receive calls for Mac repair, so that could be a plus. We service laptops for DC port repair, so soldering skills are highly commendable. The ability to “Think outside the Box” is often required. Registry skills are needed.
The ability to learn from your mistakes is required. Overlooking my mistakes is recommended. I respect and appreciate my customers and my employees. In over 20 years of business, I have never defaulted with Payroll or Taxes. I need a confident Team Player, someone who can deliver "a message to Garcia".
